After filling out the contact form to the right, I will email you back to set up a time for a free 15-minute consult call. After the consult call, I will email you a link to my online portal that comes from “support@sessionshealth.com.” This email will include a link to set up your password with my online portal. Your email address will be your username, and you will . t a password. Once inside, all forms are e-sign and do not require any printing or scanning of forms. You will be required to place a card on file to hold your spot. If you have Lyra EAP, please be sure to provide your date of birth and let me know if you are the primary on your insurance if your spouse holds the plan.

Please log in 5 minutes early to ensure you can easily log into Zoom or if an update is needed, it does not prevent you from logging into the meeting on time. Once I am ready for you, I will let you in from the waiting room and into the main Zoom meeting room to begin our session. Please note, it is not uncommon for therapists to sometimes run a few (less than 5 minutes) late, so please note I will be with you as soon as I am able. The session will run for 45-50 minutes (45 for Lyra clients; 50 for private pay clients).

Follow up sessions will continue on a weekly or biweekly basis. No monthly or drop-in sessions are offered. If your interest is in a one-time offering, please mention that you would like to discuss my therapy or coaching intensives on our consult call.

Private Pay and Lyra Health only. Out of network for all other insurances. Superbills are provided upon request for clients wishing to submit bills for reimbursement. (Some out of network coverage may reimburse up to 40-60% or more of the cost of psychotherapy.

All sessions (other than in-person therapy intensives or walk and talk therapy for Tempe/Phoenix area locals) are offered online over video conferencing. You will receive the virtual room link in advance.

Currently all sessions take place online over telehealth, available to residents of Colorado and Arizona. In-person intensives will be offered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

I require 48 hours notice for all cancellations (business day hours). Any appointment on Monday or Tuesday must be canceled by the prior Friday at 5 pm. Wed-Thurs appointments must be canceled by 48 hours prior.
Late cancellations or no shows result in the full session fee being charged. I am a small business owner and cannot fill slots last minute. I also value and respect your time and rarely ever cancel a session last minute. But if I do so, I offer you a freebie late cancel in return as I hold myself to the same standard as you.
Intensives require a deposit of 50% upfront, which is nonrefundable but transferable to another date, only in the case of emergencies.

Please do not use text communication to interact between sessions. Email or the encrypted portal messenger are appropriate ways to stay in touch. If you are in crisis, please call the crisis line at 988. Please email me if it is during business hours and I will call you for a free check-in up to 10 minutes. Longer calls will be pro-rated at the normal session rate.
Emails will be answered as soon as I am able-typically within 48 hours. Please feel free to send an email with important updates or realizations you'd like to share and I will read them prior to our next session and discuss in the session with you. I do not provide psychotherapy or involved follow-up responses through email.
